I have osteo arthritis and nothing is controlling the pain. What can I do?

It is moderate osteoarthritis and my doctor says I am nowhere close to needing a knee replacemet but I cannot live with this pain. I have tried tylenol, NSAIDs, and the steroid injection and my doctor will not prescribe anything else.

Golden Paste is a recipe with turmeric, coconut oil and fresh ground black pepper.  Look up the recipe, dosage and what kind of turmeric.  It's on Facebook - there is a group.

People and pets have gotten the best help from this recipe.
