I need to lose weight but don't know how. Help!

Hey I'm hannah and I'm 17.
Recently I have gotten off my depression meds and have noticed I'm gaining a ton of weight! I went from 120 to 132 in like a month. I was to get rid of my HUGE thighs and tummy pudge. It's gross looking. But I have a problem. My boobs are 34 D's. If I work out and diet I will lose them and you guys don't understand if I lose them I will seriously flip a ****. They are the ONLY thing I like about myself , seriously. Id there anyways to get a flat tummy without lose them? And Yes I'm being serious. And I know someone is going to tell me to "love myself without the boobs" Or "boobs aren't everything" Well to me they are and I don't want any of the love your body comments pleaseeeeee.

Boobs are awesome.  Especially when you are in great shape everything nice and tight.  I would say to you toning is going to be your best friend when it comes to getting the body that you desire.  Low cardio reps like push ups and sit ups.  this way you gain lean muscle mass and burn the fat that is on your body.  Keep in mind though muscle weighs more that fat so you are going to have the body that you want at say 125.  The bonus is muscle mass increases your metabolism so when you are sleeping because you just lost say 5lbs and gained a pound in muscle that extra pound is going to be combating the fat cells and eliminating them.  Dont start going on crazy runs or fad diets just increase your muscle mass to body fat ratio.  If you go to a gym like 24 HF or LA fitness they can measure it for you.  Hope this helps happy slimming

Well I have heard that basic sit ups or crunches can help to get rid of the belly.

You want to wear a supportive bra and get moving.  Exercise will make you look great.  You have to use light weights.  Don't worry about getting manly; you don't have enough testosterone to get overly muscled.  And those women who compete work out 10 times as much as you will.  You want to work out 3-4 days a week with light weights and also do aerobic exercises.  Use good form and watch your posture.  Eat lots of vegetables and lean meat/fish/poultry.  Fruit too.  Cut back on carbs and especially avoid wheat.  You may start liking lots more about your body than just one area.  My boobs are better when I'm overweight, but nobody notices them because I lose the athletic look they like.
