I am 17 years old now and I haven't grown in height since 15!I am 5'9.5 pls help me growing till 18 like gaining 2-3 inches in height
I'm sorry. If you wen through puberty in your preteen and early teen years, you could have finished the bulk of your growing. You may be a man of the height you currently are. good luck

Can i get any taller like i can grow my muscles very easily and usually the final stage of gaining height is from 17-18!i have started doing stretching will it help
I have seen some people grow later in their development years. You may have another inch or two but do not expect to be taller than your parents. Good exercise helps everything.
