Is Tamiflu for liver?

Just picked up rx for Tamiflu and upon investigating see it may not be liver safe. I have compensated cirrohsis (7yrs) and healthy. (Liver function very good.)
Anyone with experience with this drug?
Thanks and happy new year!

All drugs are, to an extent, liver toxic, in that they are not natural to the body and the liver is part of the defenses of the body to foreign invaders.  With your condition I would always ask the doctor if they are aware of your condition when they prescribe a drug and if it's safe, and then check on the internet at sources such as the Mayo Clinic website and with your pharmacist to make sure your doctor isn't a quack.
