Should I call my doctor? What do I do?

I am experiencing some troubling symptoms and am unsure if I should call my doctor.  For the past week or so, I have had a headache ranging from mild to severe (unable to concentrate because of pain).  Along with the headache, I am dizzy, disoriented, confused, and feel really heavy.  I've also been extremely bloated and nauseous.  I have also has lower back and joint pain ranging from sharp to a dull ache.  Last night, I had a sharp pain in my lower right stomach that worsened when I moved, but was able to sleep just fine.  This morning, I had diarrhea, completely liquid.  The symptoms seemed to start directly after I increased my water intake.  I have no history of migraines.  Am am a 17 year old female.
