Is it normal to have tiny bumps on your inner lip of your mouth?

The side where it is the mouth skin right in front of your lower teeth. Inner lip. They are very small bumps can only see when I really pull back skin. This normal? Glands or something?

It can be a type of 'Candidas.'  Or even cold sores.  I had little blister type sores in my mouth at one time as well when I was having my teeth worked on.  I had to have some teeth pulled.  I developed these tiny blisters in my mouth. I'd see a dentist if I were you if they don't go away on their own.  They have to give you a medication that will take away the Candidas.  If that is what it is, I don't know.  :)
