Is medicine, medicine - no matter where it is purchased?

Hello,

I have investigated that it is possible to buy  Omeprazole 20 mg. without prescription for acid reflux in Thailand.

Can I be 100% sure that the products are same high quality as I'm buying here in Denmark? Especially when it comes to side effects?

I know it is possible to buy "Miracid" and "Omeprazole GPO" brands.

Hello~I would stick with trusted companies, sometimes others will use fake labels saying they are the real product when they aren't.

Stick with licensed, accredited pharmacies and you shouldn't have any problem with the medication.  There are plenty of stories about counterfeit medicine, but those are all from shady shops, and not the big-name retailers or hospital pharmacies.
