Is my body detoxing?

Basically the past week or so my body has been doing a couple things that seem odd to me.

4 or 5 days ago my I had a random nose bleed and later that same day I vomited randomly. I haven’t had a nose bleed in like 6 years (I’m 17) and I wasn’t sick nor did I have food poisoning or anything like that, so i don’t know why those two things happened.

This past week I’ve also had the worst skin I’ve ever had, like pimples and stuff on my face. I’m a teenager so it’s not a big shocker. Another thing is I have been experiencing lots of discharge these last week which is really weird because although everyone obviously experiences some discharge, it’s been kind of a crazy amount. Lastly, i don’t know if this has to do with anything but I haven’t had much of an appetite either this week.

So, all of these things alone seem like absolutely nothing, but the fact that all of this happened/is happening within the last 6 days or so, makes me wonder if my body is trying to detox or do something else? Please let me know of any speculations you have

Are either of you taking any medications and/or supplements? If so, have you started anything new recently? I know SSRI and SNRI antidepressants can cause an increase risk of bleeding and could explain the nosebleeds. The other symptoms could be medication side effects.

Omg I'm going through like the exact same thing right now. Except I haven't vomited and I just had a nose bleed yesterday but I haven't had one in about a year maybe.
