What's wrong with me?

I'm 30 and within the past two weeks, I've been feeling dizzy, light headed, having a headache and have been nauseous. I can't seem to figure out what's going on and was hoping someone could help me figure it out or at least give me an idea of what may be happening with me.

I certainly don't think so! Everyone in my immediate family seems to think so now, but I can't be, my period just came on.

It could be many things, to be safe, I would start with seeing your PCP, have some tests run and then take it from there.

Your symptoms are very vague...it could be almost anything. I am leaning towards seeing a Neurologist. But I also could say start with a PCP and have a complete blood panel and an extensive check-up for anything hormone related, blood sugar, thyroid, and rule out infections or inflammation. (complete CBC with a diff. and look for any new sores, ulcers, skin rashes or bug bites).
