I've been feeling sick/dizzy/weird for the past 1 week.

Hello, I'm 17 years old and for the past 5-6 days I've been feeling weird.
Let me give you some information. I've been diagnosed with hypothyroidism and I've been taking T4 pills since I was first diagnosed, up to now, I'm doing pretty well with it.
I'm a computer enthusiast and a hardcore user, I play games for hours with breaks. I'm in a good physical condition, I work out and generally I'm pretty healthy.
I was left home alone for a week and as per usual, when someone has no one to regulate his hours, I played for hours on my computer with my friends, I was sleeping and eating well but I managed to change my body's clock. For example, before I was left alone for a week and for basically all of my teenage years, I used to go to sleep at midnight and on certain periods at 2AM. I woke up at 7AM to go to school and then proceeded with my regular schedule. While I was alone, I would sleep at 7AM and wake up at 3PM-5PM, I changed the time of my thyroid pills.
Now to get to the point, in the last 2 days while staying alone, I felt a slight dizziness/lightheadedness while laying down, sitting down and starring at my computer monitor. As per writing this, I''m getting this feeling of dizziness, like I can't find my balance but it's just a feeling, it's not like I actually can't hold my balance. I don't feel nauseous but I get this feeling of being moved, sort of like vertigo but not exactly. My uncle said it's probably mental exhaustion and I exhausted my eyes. I don't know. I'm kinda scared because I don't want to be malfunctioning, what should I do? Where should I go to seek help?
Also, when laying down and when I move my legs, I feel like I'm moving way more than I should. When using my computer I feel like I've never used a computer before.

This article provides a sample diagnostic approach for dizziness: https://www.aafp.org/afp/2010/0815/p361.html. First, you need to clarify what you mean by dizziness, as this can mean various things from vertigo (spinning sensation) to presyncope (feeling of losing consciousness). Your post was sort of vague, but you did describe vertigo-like symptoms at one point. The most common cause of vertigo is benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, which can be diagnosed with Dix-Hallpike maneuver and treated with Epley maneuver; examples of these maneuvers can be found in linked article above or on YouTube. If your symptoms persist, you should see a medical doctor for further workup and management. Also, get your thyroid levels rechecked to determine if your medication needs to be adjusted and limit your hardcore computer usage for now.
