Jumping fingers

I am 38 years male. In childhood i used to do sports. After jumping i used to feel pain in lower calf on my left leg. I shown to some doctors, but didnt help. 6 years back, i again joined gym and after running for 30 minues, i felt pain in my left leg again and it resulted in 2 fingers of my left feet keep jumpint. i showed it to some doctors and they did all blood tests. in the blood tests they told me that i have B12, Vitamin D deficiency and parathyroid problem They gave medicines but nothing helped. Then i travelled to India for short vacations. One of doctors cured it with Accupressure. Unfortunately i didnt have much time there and i didnt do accupressure for many days. It helped me but not cured properly. Now after 6 years again i am feeling the same problem. its getting worst now. I feel pain in my left leg, lower calf, feet  and those 2 fingers. Again i did tests. its showing Vitamin D deficiency. I didnt nerve conduction study also 2nd time. doctors are telling me my nerves are perfectly fine. They told me i have good health as well. Till now no doctor could understand the problem. I checked with one Chinese clinic also. They tried Accupuncture, but didnt help. Did anybody come across this problem.

You need to continue taking Vitamin D3 & Vitamin B12. You most likely need B12 injections.
