Lab work

My lab report has a lot of abnormalities and I was wondering if anyone had any opinions on what it could be.
AST- 233
ALT- 102
Total Cholesterol - 258
Triglycerides- 264
VLDL - 53
LDL - 156

Thanks,

I feel tired all the time and my abdomin on the right hurts all the time.
I did have another lab done and it says:
HCV Ab w/Rflx to Verification
ACV Ab >11.0
Then there's a comment:
Strong reactive antibody screen is consistent with past or present HCV infection; verification testing not required because of how high it is. I get to see my family doctor today to find out more. Back in 2001 I was told I had cirrhosis, so does this mean the virus is back?
Thanks so much,
Colleen
