Whoever sent you for the ultrasound scan should see you to explain the results of the scan.
It may be that you just have a fatty liver due to overconsumption of alcohol or being overweight or have a hepatitis problem.
If you consume a lot of alcohol, stopping drinking will allow your liver to heal. If you are overweight, losing weight will allow the liver to heal.
Your doctor or consultant would explain exactly what the results mean and what type of treatment is required.
