I am 21yrs. old and I recently had a blood test done because of some serious stool/digestion problems. Still not sure what's going on with that all my stool test were negative. Anyways my wbc are 2.1, Gran 1.0, Lymph .9, Mono .2,  Eos 0.0 and Baso 0.0. My mother has very low wbc as well.  But my doctor thinks I should go to a hematologist. I guess my question is do you think that is necessary and what things could possibly be wrong with me?

A WBC count of 2.1 is very low.  Yes, it is necessary to see a Hematologist.  I would NOT begin to guess what could be wrong with you.  Low WBC counts are usually associated with autoimmune diseases/conditions, immunodeficiency diseases/conditions, cancer, etc.
