Lyrica withdrawl....no end in sight! Pls help!

I took 25mg of lyrica three times a day stopped without tapering off and two days into it ended up in hospital due to really fast heart rate and heart palpitations at the same time, I went to the hospital three times in a week and half. then on top of that I am going on six ish weeks of withdrawal with no end in sight. My body feels so sick. This just ***** my eyesight goes bad on and off and I feel like I have painful goose bumps that comes and goes. I also feel a coolness that goes through my body at times. This is nuts!!!! Does it ever end??? Please someone help me, thanks

Hi Bobby, The meds Lyrica is a nerve pain killer I was using for my back and my knees, it worked great for a while but I had to go off of it due to the dizziness could not work though it, .Nobody told me the where withdraw from it . Well that sure was living hell I really thought I was going to die. Going on seven weeks on Friday and just started to feel ok . What was your experience? Did you go though a tough time too? Thank for reaching out too! :)

Sue,

I am terribly sorry you are having that kind of trouble. Lyrica wow. That's the one with the butterflies on the commercial, the sleeping pill right?
How long were you on it?
I don't know much about that pill, but I am feeling much better lately and am happy to share why if you like.

Kindest Regards,
Bob
