24hr urine test showed high serum calcium and iron.   I eat mostly vegetables, bean, and dairy and take multivitamins.  Before the test, I did not take supplements that had calcium.   I've had a very low energy level in the past eight months approximately but I'm also under extreme stress in that period.  My
Doctor has referred me to an endocrinologist.  I am a 60yr. old female.   Your opinion please.

The endochronologist will order a vitamin D3 level and you will probably be put on a supplement. This will lower your blood calcium levels, and undoubtedly reduce fatigue. They will give other tests, such as an hba1c to evaluate glucose levels, which can also contriubute to fatigue.
