My throat hurts when I swallow, spit, yawn etc. what is wrong?

I went out drinking and ended up throwing up; every sense then my throat hurts when I swallow, talk, eat, drink, etc. I have tried gargling half and hot tea what should I do?

When we throw up, it's rough on our esophagus.  The acid and food in acid we vomit can almost burn it and then it is uncomfortable and hurts for a while after.  Maybe a salt water gargle will help but mostly, just let it rest.  And cut back on the drinking.  Do you have a drinking problem?  Esophageal issues are very common with drinking issues.
