Myclonic jerks, random pains, and internal shaking? Scared

I've had myclonic jerks for 1.5 years now, and a year ago reached a point where I didn't worry much about it anymore.

But now new symptoms have shown up. I feel like my hands and arms are shaky, but I can't see it. Mostly when I reach for things.
I've bad balance in yoga classes.
And I've got random pains in my arms and legs, feels like electric jolts.

I do suffer from health anxiety, and I worry a lot about having Parkinsons, Huntingtons, Alzheimers or something else terrible.

Got an appointment at my neuro on monday.

Hello~I am glad you have an appointment with a neurologist, I hope he/she will be able to help. Perhaps some of the feelings you are experiencing are due to health anxiety, you are so worried about them that you are feeling them, however, the doctor will be able to tell you that better than I.
