Hi, I never had acne problems or any other skin problems. My face has like these light itchy bumps on my face. What can it be and what can I use to get rid of it?

You might be having an allergic reaction to something so you can try taking Benadryl or Reactine. If the irritation continues and/or you develop other abnormal symptoms, visit your family doctor to make sure this is nothing serious.
