Need help please.. Unknown Diagnostics

I am 37, 5'7" and about 185 pds.
Since June 2010, I have been going through tremendous physical pain
in my hands, wrists, arms and feet, ankles, lower and upper legs,
unable to stand or walk after about 1/2 hour of activity, seems like red blood spots
all over my feet and legs and sudden swelling
on my arms and legs, difficulty breathing at times and no one seems to know
what I may have and I need someone's help.

The doctors just wont say anything to me, no idea or suggestions at all, and I'll be honest,
I'm sometimes affraid for my life and my family's care.  Please someone help me.

Thanks to all for your concern, it means alot.
I was hospitalised for over 12 days, went through every testing ad met every specialists imaginable. 12 days of Blood testing, EEGs, radiology, Sonographies, nuclear medicine scanning, microbiology, muscle electric shock testing, etc..
I went through it all, and the doctors after 12 days never told me anything, I still know nothing.

I have been like this since June.. Even now, my forarms are swollen and its extremaly painful, my legs are a little less painfull then yesterday, but still a little swollen..

I just don't know what caused it, what time it started (like if i touched or did something that might have triggered this) I just dont know anything, and me and my wife are getting extremaly scared..  Do i have a type of cancer or other fatal disease, will I be like this for the rest of my life, will I loose my mobility and other things like that..
I know that I amy sound like a crazy paranoid kid, but i'm just scard now and I would love someone to give me an idea of what can cause this horrific thing.

Thanks for the responds and I really hope to hear back from someone who might possibly know something.

Thanks
