No Thirst

Hello Sir,

I had an accident last year. From that accident, I dont feel any thirst. I just drink water voluntarily.

I hit on my face and teeth on that accident.
My lips are always dry. 24 hours they are dry for the last one year.

Why dont i feel thirst?
What is my condition right now?
How will affect my health in the future?
Please advice

Hello~I am sorry you are experiencing this issue.  I wish I could help or advice, but I am not a doctor, I really think this is a question that should be asked to your GP.

I will say that it is good that you are drinking water, keep that up, even though you don't feel thirsty, your body still needs water every day.
