Nose piercing infection

I got my nose pierced about a month ago, and took good care of it by washing it with some saline solution I bought commercially (wound wash). About two weeks in, however, I already had a little bump from an infection. I've been washing it in the morning and at night with the same solution and being careful not to touch it.

Well it started going away, and in about one week, it was almost gone. But now, it's getting worse again! I'm pretty sure it's been over two weeks now, and the bump is as bad as it ever was.

I've invested in some sea salt and dixie cups so I can start drowning my nose in warm salt water multiple times a day. I'm not sure exactly how this website works, but I'd either like some advice from a medical professional or some people who are experienced with caring for nose piercings on whether or not I should go see a doctor immediately, too. I'm afraid that this infection is going to develop into a keloid if I don't get it knocked out soon.

Any other tips (home remedies, etc) are appreciated too.

Thanks!

I've had my nose piercing for 8 years now ... I have gotten it infected before usually goes away the next day or so . Take a q-tip and wipe the infected area with tea tree oil, you can try placing a chamomille or any anti- bacterial property having warm tea bag over it for twenty minutes also stay away from makeup and it  should be gone in a day or two ...  Good luck
