Open sores popping up all over forearms and now legs

I have open sores popping up all over my forearms and now legs.

Back in May I went to Ocean city beach in new jersey. I was in the sun for about 3 days without sunscreen (it was very sunny). On the second day, my left arm begin itching and 2 sores popped up. It went away after about a week but the itch was still there.

I noticed after about 2 weeks a couple of new sores pop up, these won't heal, they open and close up but the "pimple" is still there.

Near the end of July, both forearms became really itchy and I noticed new sores popping up.

None of these sores seem to heal, they either "close up" or open up with a red dot and sometimes white drainage. There's more than 12 sores now on the forearms.

Could this be scabies?

This is what it looks like:

Hello~I would definitely see either your GP or a dermatologist, they should be healing by now, and the fact that they aren't warrants attention now.
