Pain Behind Knee

I hurt my foot about 4 months ago. The pain originated on the top of my foot near the 3rd and 4 th metatarsals. I felt a piercing pain with each step, so I wrapped it and stayed off of it.

Now it is healed (well at least no more pain) but the back right side of my knee is in a lot of pain...It hurts when a run or walk and RICEing it doesnt seem to help.

Please help!!!!

Blah, it often happens that we are healing one place and the way we compensate during that healing spot affects another.  You were probably walking differently when your foot was hurt.  Do you have swelling or is it hot to the touch?  Here's something on runner's knee.  http://www.medhelp.org/pain/articles/Understanding-Runners-Knee-/345

You may really need to go for an assessment to see if your compensation during the foot injury has jacked up your knee.  Ugh, sorry
