Pains in chest?

Hi everyone,
I am having pains in the center of my chest when I breathe really deep in,I am not short of breath and don't feel bad. It's just when I try really hard to breathe in really deep. I have bad heartburn and haven't been taking my medicine recently, I don't know if that could cause some chest pains while breathing?
