Hi, first I have to say that I am not a health professional at all. I am a Software Consultant by profession. I have been involved in physical fitness and trying to promote overall good health for the past 10+ years. I would ask you to try some exercises that focus on your core, meaning your abdominal and back. This would be of course if you can manage, I don't know your pain levels. I would also say to consult with your doctor before starting any exercise regiment.
