Please Help!

Hello, my husband  nose bleeding a while ago, he has a headache, slight fever and cough for almost 5days now. He is a seaman, he just left to china last saturday morning(7am) and arrive at hotel around 9pm.

Work environment:
Until now they still at hotel since the ship not completely done and ready to go. The hotel is far from the shipyard. Travel time from hotel to shipyard is 1hr.

History:
He has an allergy and every morning, itching and sinus is very normal to him.

Question:
What is the possible reason of my husband nose bleeding? What is the remedy?

It's just a small amount friend, and yes he has an allergy..I feel sorry for him because he tried to go to drug store to buy white flower or vicks so he could breath but the salesperson don't know how to speak English. Their is no clinic in hotel and even medicine kit :(

The fact that he has a fever, headache, and cough suggests he has some kind of infection. A fever in adults usually suggests a bacterial infection for which antibiotics would help.  He would need to see a doctor who can tell if it is viral or antibacterial.

How bad is the nose bleed? Is it just a small amount? If so the dry nose can cause this and it will go away. If it is a whole lot of bleeding and won't stop then he needs to get into a  doctor. It sounds like a virus and/or allergy. Usually with a nose bleed you put your head back for a while until it stops. Dry weather, high blood pressure can cause this, sinus problems.
