Please help- left side symptoms.

Hi. It started when I work up yesterday, just a vague pain in my left leg. I thought maybe I slept on it wrong. Then I started noticing other left sided symptoms that are all getting progressively worse as time goes on. The next thing I noticed is the left side of my throat, under my chin(I imagine where my lymph node would be?) is very sore. Like, I can feel pain there when I look up, strain the area in any way. It's sore to the touch. Also have been having a little nausea and only that side of my stomach feels full/bloated. By 11pm last night, my leg had progressed to constant pain. The pain is like the circulation has been cut off. Not pins and needles though, just heavy and super sore. Almost feels like my whole leg has a severe bruise. I woke up about 3am to let my cat out (he was scratching at the door and woke me) and my leg is hurting just sitting here now, before it was just in use. I tried to fall back asleep but I noticed my whole entire leg, from thigh to ankle seems to be burning. I also feel short of breath but that being said, I have horrible horrible anxiety issues and am prone to bad panic attacks. They typically worsen when I'm worried about my health so I'm not sure if the shortness of breath is anything other than anxiety? Left side symptoms always make me think heart but I'm having none of the typical symptoms (no chest, jarm, aw pain etc)
