HI all

Thank you for your responses
Yes he based it on a urine test that he did with me however I went back to the doctor and the infection is gone however my headaches are just as bad as before. He now suggest that its sinus and gave me medication for that now... hope this time it works :(

Hi there, i am going through sort of the same thing at the moment, i have had non-stop headaches for the past month, and no matter what i take they dont seem to go away. About the kidney infection. I have experienced alot of kidney infections when i fell pregnant so i know the feelings and everything when i have one. And ive been having symptoms of one whilst ive been having these headaches, so im in the same boat as you, I have been put on tablets for high blood pressure by my doctor as he thinks thats what are causing my migraines, they act as a beatblocker so it prevents a headache or migraine. headaches can be due to many of things but its worth going to your docs again.

Make sure and let the dr. know.  Infection may not be gone.

"Kidney infection?"  I would reconsult your physician and request imaging of your head ASAP.  Your symptoms sounds nothing like that sort of infection.  What did he base the diagnosis of "kidney infection" on?

Labs done?
