Poked in eye 15 minutes ago - Can I use Prolensa to prevent pain/inflammation?

I was poked in the left eye (the eye that got poked last September - resulting in corneal abrasion and recurrent corneal erosions months later after it "healed") I still have the Prolensa and Vigomox prescribed during last years incident. Q: Would it be okay to at least use the anti-imflammatory Prolensa tonight to prevent inflammation?
