Randomly getting lightheaded

Last few days i have been getting random short bouts of lightheadedness.  It would quickly come and go, and be at random times of the day.  Today, i got a big burst of lightheadness and i was sitting down!   My HR was slightly elevated, but under 100.  I did not have the feeling of wanting to pass out and i did not have any heart beat skips at the time (i do suffer from PVC's but they are controlled and very rare now)

Maybe environmental allergies , ask for a heavy Metal toxicity test and check out"What on earth are they Spraying "

Could even be an inner ear infection or fluid imbalance, could be many causes.
