Recurring swollen lymph nodes

About 2 weeks ago the lymph node on the right side of my neck was swollen and painful. There was no fever or any other issue and I didn't think much of it since it went away on it's own in about a day. Now the same lymph node is swollen again and I still don't have a fever. I'm not sure if this is related but about ten years ago I had my tonsils removed. Could this be something serious?

You should see your Dr. It sounds like an ear infection or possible sinus infection. Take care. Remar
