Right side and right abdomen pain

I have been having severe off and on lower right abdomen and lower right back pain for a week or so, it is getting worse, and recently has been waking me up. I am extremely tired, and have a bad headache. Some pain when urinating for three days, and pain after eating. I have had a very slight or no fever the entire time. I lost my insurance a few months ago, and can't afford a lot of tests. My stomach seems quite bloated also, I have a family history of ovarian cancer, it scares me. Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like you could have a kidney infection or stones, an STD or vaginal infection. Some of your symptoms also match gallstones.  I seriously doubt you need a chiropractor.  You can find discount public clinics that will take cash walk ins, clinics based on your ability to pay, or the public health departments clinics all at reduced fees.

If you have a family history of ovarian cancer you need to be getting pap smears at least yearly.  There are tons of women's clinics that provide the services really cheap if not free.  Start by looking on your state's website for the health department.

Thanks, I never thought of that. I didn't mention that I have had cysts, and had partial hyst. only have right ovary now. I had endometriosis, but no problems with that since surgury 4 years ago. I may try to get in touch with a Chiropractor, it couldn't hurt.

It could be an ovarian cyst, but more than likely, you have some misplaced vertebrae and a chiro could certainly help. I go to one, and when my back is hurting or I have bad cramps, a treatment usually helps. They can help in so many ways that the public just does not know about. He would also help your headaches. I have no insurance either, and most visits are not that expensive, and most will take payments. I say it is sure worth a try.
