Scar Tissue

I had a breast reduction in 2001.  I am experiencing a 'pinching" or a "pulling/tugging" (best ways I know to describe it) on the incision line on the right breast area under my arm (my incision goes all the way under my arms).  I have been having inflammation in the areas during a lupus flare.  I have had a mammogram and it was normal.  Dr can not detect any lumps or concerns.  Could this be from a build up of scar tissue from my surgery?    It is right on the incision in that area, this is what made me wonder if it was scar tissue. It comes and goes and is not a constant pain, but when it does occur it is painful and annoying.

Thank You
