Should I get checked for internal bleeding?

I fell off a horse 5 days ago and tore my left hamstring. I fell into a fence on my right side and have bruising/cuts on my right arm and right side of back. I went to hospital and had X-rays for leg and was sent home on crutches (still can not walk as can’t lift my leg at all). Doctor pushed on my abdomen at time and was no obvious pain. That night I went to bed and as soon as I laid fully down got the most excruciating upper abdomen pain, had to sit up and hunch over holding stomach, could only just manage to breath very shallow breaths, especially hurt when breathing out. Lasted about 10min, then got okay enough that I tried to fall asleep, minute later same thing happened for about another 10min, then eventually went away and fell asleep. Next couple of days was slightly painful on out breath if breathed deeply, but generally not causing any problem. Was also quite wheezy with breathing (worse at night) and coughed up some phlegm. Am still a bit wheezy at night. 2 days later noticed large  firm swelling on right side of abdomen wasn’t overly painful to touch. I was also very noticeable bloated the night of the pain, I am still bloated but am on bed rest due to my torn hamstring so think I get bloated when am not really moving anyway. The swelling on the side of my abdomen has gone down, and I had a good press around today and have a very sore spot underneath my bottom rib. (But is not sore to breath/cough/sneeze etc, only if I push on it). Today I had blood in my stool (relatively bright not dark), didn’t go the 2 days after injury but didn’t notice any blood last 2 days. Should I get checked out for possible internal bleeding, or is that nothing to worry about since I’m not in any pain? (Apart from my leg).

If you had blood in your stool that's probably something worth calling your doctor about.

Do you have any follow up appointments?  ER doctors are in the business of fixing you up enough to help you get out the door- it's always important to follow up with another doctor after the event, in order to monitor more closely what's happening.
