Should I go to A&E or wait it out?

The other night, I was searching in some boxes and something in my wrist popped. I wasn't really sure what it was, but I gently rotated my wrist and whatever it was popped back.

There's no obvious physical damage, apart from a thin line that seems to have appeared in the skin around the area that it occurred.

I'm not in constant pain, but cannot use the arm as normal. I'm using ice on it every evening, and it continues to cause discomfort, not only in the wrist, but in the forearm, and fingers. I should add that whilst not in constant pain, I am in regular pain. It eases for maybe a minute or so at a time.

I have no access to a GP surgery as I work, and they have no appointments available for when I am not at work (out of hours surgery only). The next available appointment is Wednesday.

My girlfriend is desperate for me to visit A&E but I don't want to wait around for hours only to be told it's "nothing". There is a walk in centre near me open until 8pm tonight, however I wouldn't be able to get there until 7pm and am wondering if there's any point. Any help would be appreciated! Many thanks.
