Should I go to doctor for constipation

I haven’t had a real bowl movement in about two weeks. For the last week of so I have changed my diet I’m drinking tons and tons of water, I’ve taken a stool softener, milk of magnesia to try and help but nothing seems to be working.

Hello~YES!!!! You definitely need to see your doctor ASAP, two weeks is way too long to not have a decent BM, especially if nothing you have taken seems to be working.
