Skin

Hi about 18mnths ago I suddenly notice small pimple like red raisednbumpsmon the underside of upper arms. The right side is worse and is spreading . They are very red sometimes and other times appear calm. My elbow joints have now become sore too. I have tried fungal and cortisone creams with no improvement. I am on cymbalta for anxiety and depression. Do you have any idea in leaning towards what I sold get tested to find out what it is so I can treat it. Thanks

Did you ever have chicken pox your entire life? If yes possibility you could have shingles. Which causes red sores and causes you pain. So if anything I would get tested for shingles.

Are you having these bumps anywhere else on your body? Are they draining?

For your bumps, I'd suggest reading at the following sites - doctor yourself by Andrew Saul, mark's daily apple, underground wellness. For your anxiety - some of the previous mentioned sites and look online for The Mood Cure by Julia Ross, which will have some info and you may decide to buy the book. I hope you decide to support your health, instead of just covering symptoms (I know this is the conventional and accepted way but it's not getting to the root cause of the problem you have). best wishes for you
