Soared throat and Dryness

Hi,

I have been suffering for the past month of a soared throat, dry and not clear. I am a singer so I haven't been able to sing, it is even difficult to talk, and I really have to force my voice to speak.. I did lose my voice for a whole week... I am worried; does this mean I have an infection....Should i go see the doctor, oh and another question...I don't know if this has to do with my voice...I suffer since almost 2 years of noise congestion, I have a lot o f mucus(dry mucus) and I can smell and bad odor when I blow my noise. I feel it is stuffed and when I sing It is kind of hard because I have to project some air to the noise ans sounds weird..

Thank You for taking the time to read and answer mu question.

Sincerly, Esme

Could you be allergic to anything you drink or eat, toothpaste , mouthwash, any dental problems recently or any dental visits. How is the Air in the area you live in, I live in LA and lost my voice recently from the smoke from some fires, Check these things out and good luck.
