Speaking with my ear

From time to time, when im speaking, my ears would suddenly be like a loud speaker and everything i say will be projected about 10x louder than what it actually sounds like.  Sometimes its so loud i cant hear myself but i know what i'm saying and so do others. Ive asked my friends and they say i jus sound normal. It's all in my head. This is also only in my right ear. When this happens i hear things just fine, theres no buzzing or ringing. It's only when i speak. It also feels like bcuz its so loud it's actually coming out of my ear. can anyone help? ive trying googling but i cant find anything.

Have you tried taking a drug called Stemazin? It is for ear conditions and nausea and my doctor gave it to me after I had a similar problem for about 2 months and it went away within a coupe of days of taking it.

Hello what you are most likely experiencing are pressure changes in your ears or in your case your right ear.  The change in pressure occurs around the ear drum and this allows the membrane to be able to vibrate more freely causing the sound to be louder so to speak.  It's not unusual and everyone generally experiences it throughout life.  It can occur when you've had a cold, if you have sinus trouble, chewing gum, yawning, when you are going up a tall hill, when you bend over, or make any positional changes.   Anything that alters or readjusts the pressure inside the ear can cause it.  It is the same situation as popping your ears when in the mountains, or on a plane.  I Hope this Helps.
