Squeezing arms waking me up from sleep.

Whenever I try to go into sleep (the actual sleep not lying down), I feel like my arms are stiffes and being squeezed from inside. This wakes me up from sleep. This happens 2-3-4  times before I sleep somehow. This is getting really annoying. Whenever I asked my GP he says that its only in my mind. This results in poor sleep. I dont smoke or drink. Only taking cq-10 as prescribed by vision doc. Some days is doesnt happen but other days it happens on a regular basis. I am writimg this after being interrupted 3 times in my sleep and its 3:30AM now. I feel like my muscles have done loads of hard work and are stiffed now. It happens in upper arms most of the times. Now mid of hand and mid fingers also feel stretched. Its not pain but a very tightening sensation.

Hmm, there has to be more going on, which may have to do with the underlying condition for which (or for the symptoms it presented) you were prescribed CoQ10..
There are far too many possibilities, like mitochondial
disease, thyroid issues, Methylocobalamin B12 deficiency,
Vitamin D deficiency, low iron status, mineral/electrolyte deficiencies etc.
Please post again with brief medical history.
Best wishes,
Niko

1997: Hept. A
2003: Nose surgery (to repair bent nose)
2004/5: Chicken Pox
2007-09: Annual typhoid
2016 till now: consistent twitching all over body, very slight increment in hand tremors (all started after 2 months of excercise), felt a bit better after taking Indrop D gels and supplement but this year it came back after doing little excercise for 2 days. Also got slight sense of weakness in arms and legs but not clinical sort of weakness. No numbness though. This year minor numb/pressure sensation is present at the top of head and vision is little dark+grainy+floaters+flickering. I was told few weeks back that I got 0.5 defect in both eyes. I have been through vitamins, calcium, thyroid and few other tests but everything came normal. I also feel bit too fatigued as my mother notices heavy breathing everytime I sit next to her. I am 28 and shouldnt be having such things in this age group.

I have the suspicion that your energy
system is functioning at a suboptimal
level and in combination with other factors such as  certain deficiencies, it has resulted in compromised immunity.

You have gone through Hep A, Chicken Pox (no vaccination?) and
annual Typhoid 2007-9 (no vaccination either?) a number of years ago.
Any complications?
Please elaborate if yes.

Testing often is not enough, and results are not always reliable when tests performed are flawed , incomplete or simply the wrong tests.

For Vitamin D testing should be the  25(OH)D as a better indicator of  your overall heath and NOT the 1.25(OH)D test.
Optimal 50-70 ng/ml
Also note that should you have "normal" levels, you could still have a "functional" deficiency, caused by Vitamin D resistance where you would need much higher levels, to compensate for the resistance.

In addition, you always need enough magnesium and vitamin K2 in order
for Vitamin D3 to properly metabolize calcium AND to deposit the calcium
to the bones, joints and teeth, instead of the soft tissues.
Taking D3 with meals containing fat
is important because D3 is a fat soluble vitamin

For B12, doctors should order the
MMA test for Methylocobalamin and not the standard test for Cobalamin.
Methylocobalmin is the bio available form of B12
North American lab ranges for B12 are too low, around 200 pg/ml  for deficiency
but some EU countries and japan have established the low end of the range at 400-500

Magnesium- ask for a RBC magnesium test, which will indicate
cellular levels of magnesium and not
circulating levels in the blood (which
are mostly controlled to be within a certain narrow range 1-1.5%)

Conventional Thyroid testing
misses entirely thyroid resistance
The tests to ask for are Free T3,
Free T4 and Reverse T3.

You should also have an iron panel.

Are you getting enough anti-oxidants? What is you nutritional intake like?
And where about do you live?

Sorry for all the questions, but your case is not simple by any means.

What type of exercises did you do in the past and how is your fitness level now, what do weigh, what's your height, M or F ?

Any close relatives with any serious
chronic health issues?
Anything that could run in your family?
