Strange Bumps on my Hand??

Hi-- Thank you for any help with this..

For the last month I have been waking in the morning to an unusual very small white bump or bumps on my hands. Usually around my palms or on the palm facing side of my fingers. Sometimes the bump or bumps will become itchy and are usually tender to the touch. They are white but, sometimes appear like a red dot. At first I mistook it for a spider bite or something of that nature. After loads of research online, I am still left clueless as to what it could be. Some mornings I awake to no bump or bumps whats-so-ever. Its so odd. They are almost like very tiny blisters..?? I am a germ-a-phobe and was curious if maybe I wash my hands too frequently? I REALLY hope I dont have some kind of mite!!!!  Ive seen hands foot and mouth and I do not believe I have that because I have no fever, sores on feet or in mouth and have had this lasting for nearly a month now. It is not getting any worse but, is certainly not getting any better! Any help or advise would be so appreciated!

Thank you!!!

I agree with Brittany. Get yourself and your kids to the Dr to find out what's going on. Let us know what they say. Remar

I thought that could be it as well, until I checked my children's hands this morning and both of them have the same..??? Maybe its fungal?? Which FREAKS me out because as I said, I am a germ-a-phobe!!!!  I also noticed that I have them on the tips of my fingers and they get a sort of black colored dot in them..??

You could be washing your hands to much. Have you changed soap recently? Some soaps can be very harsh on your skin.
Have you been using any chemicals or cleaning products lately?
The best thing to do is go to your Dr to find out what's going on.   Remar
