Strange pop/twitch feeling in back of head

Hey guys for the past 4 months I've been having this very strange pop like sensation to the back of my head on the right side. It happens when i move my head in a certain way to the left. It's not painful at all and doesn't always happen but it's very scary and it makes me think there's something wrong with me. I've been to the doctors 4 times but they keep telling me they have no idea what is and try to prescribe me anti depression pills. The popping sensation kind of feels like there's a rubber band in my head and some one is softly pulling it and letting go. Please any feedback would be much appreciated.

Hello~It might just be small pockets of air or bubbles, which are in the fluid that surrounds your joints. This can sometimes cause that nose when moving your neck.

If you are very concerned and it continues or starts to hurt, then a visit to chiropractor might help. They are use to these kind of symptoms and can sometimes help set your mind at ease.

Thanks for your reply. I have visited the chiropractor and had my first adjustment. I have another one tomorrow morning so hopefully all goes well
I hope it helps, please let us know how it goes.
Will do
So I've had 6 chiropractor sessions which each cost $56, did nothing for me and kind of felt like i was being ripped off as all they did each session was crack 1 joint in back and 1 joint in neck and then i go home. Still have the weird sensation
