Swollen painful armpit

I had a lump underneath my armpit and 6 months ago.  I went to the doc and underwent a course of antibiotics and the lump went away.  Later, after some 10 to 15 days, again it recurred and this time not only confined to my armpit, in the thigh area, leg, one in my genital area, and one in my buttock, thought not all at once, in a time span of 15-20 days to a month.  I went to the doc again and they said may be folliculitis.  I performed all the checks including Pap smear, which came out normal.  Once again, they put me onto antibiotics.  Every thing receded, after some 1 month again, I got it in my arm pit. It is very painful, can't lift my hand.  These lump is hard and does not move, it gives out purulent discharge and in the end blood comes out if I squeeze some more.  Can u please help me out.
