Trying to conceive

Hi, Ever since I got my menses since the age of 13, I have to take pills. Today I am 28 and I am still dependent on pills to have my menses. I have been takings pills like Diane35, Miniphase, Primolut etc.. Last year I discovered that I have approximately 10 ovrarian cysts in each ovaries and I am not able to get pregnant after 4 years of wedding. My husband is supposed to undergo a sperm test but he is not willing to. My doctor told me that  I should undergo a surgery that is the laparascopy but he wont do anything until he gets the result of my husband's sperm test. I have become overweight as a result of consuming so many pills for so much years. Do I have a chance to get pregnant? If yes what should I do? Also can these cysts develop a cancer?
