Custom equalizer settings: is this harmless?

I recently bought a new phone. Since I didn't like audio quality I went to Equalizer setting and changed it to Custom:
16k: 10dB
8k: 10dB
4k: 10dB
2k: 0dB
1k: -5dB
500: -10dB
250: -10dB
125: -10dB
63: -10dB

Is this setting okay (I know high frequencies are harmful)? Please note that this is a setting for listening WITHOUT headphones/earphones. With those, normal default equalizer settings are used by my phone.

Hello~I am not sure what you are wanting to know, I would suggest you listen to the lowest volume possible, this way you won't cause hearing damage.

i wanna know whether listening to the sounds with those frequencies WITHOUT earphone is harmless. the phone will be held at reading distance.
Hello~I don't think it will be as dangerous, but, if it were me, I would still not make a habit of it.

I have no idea what you are talking about.  You mean these are volume settings when you use ear buds?  The in your ear buds have greatly changed things and do lead to more damage.  I'd use over the ear headphones if you are planning to use them and better yet, the new kind which are not near your inner ear at all.  Anything over 85 decibels causes ear damage.

Missed your last sentence, this is for non headphone situations.  Well, go by that 85 decibel for hearing damage and you should be all good.
This is what I have: https://www.amazon.ca/PANASONIC-Ergofit-In-Ear-Earbuds-Orange/dp/B00UH35KH8. Is this okay?
I'm trying not to turn the volume very high when these are on.
And what 85 dB do you mean? Is the 16k: 10dB, etc okay?
With those earphones I'm using the normal equalizer settings, where I guess all frequencies are at zero dB.
