Two months, feeling like I to pee, fatigue, headache, need to take deep breaths.

Okay, hopefully someone can shed some light based off their experience. My doctors are kind of stumped.

All started with this urge to pee all the time. Sometimes felt like there was urine right at the tip of my penis ready to go. I'd rush to the bathroom and barely anything would come out. Went to a urologist. I don't have a UTI. He checked my prostrate and noticed it was smaller than usual. I can't find anything online about what might cause this.. He told me to stop drinking coffee and alcohol and see what happens. I don't get the "tip of penis" feeling but I still notice I'm constantly crossing my legs because I feel this weird urge to pee. It's hard to describe.. You know when someone tells you a story of something that sounds extremely uncomfortably painful, and you shudder and need to cross your legs and clench your butt? It's sort of like that feeing...

That's just the start. After about 3 weeks I suddenly got a medium sized fever out of the blue. This fever felt weird, not like typical flu fever, I can't describe it. Lasted over night. The fever died down quickly, but lingered for a week and left a bunch of ongoing symptoms which have stayed for like 4 weeks. For about a week an a half my digestion was really messed up. Constipated for a few days, then it all comes out at once. My bowel movements normalized eventually though, and have been good since. However, I have headaches that come on and off. Waves of feeling like I need to take a deep breath to feel satisfied. Waves of slight nausea, also waves of random depression that sync up with the need to take a breath. Underneath all this is a constant, chronic feeling of being tired, like my morning tiredness never goes away.

Lab results: My metabolic panel looked great, although my white blood cell count was very slightly low (this cleared up in a few days). I was tested for H Pylori and that came back normal. I was tested for mononucleosis and my levels were slightly abnormal. Apparently not enough to be considered positive. Blood pressure good.

Most doctors think it's just stress but I know it's more. I convinced one doctor to take an X-Ray and he found that I have slight inflammation of lung tissue which may be causing my difficulty breathing.

My lymph nodes are FINE. I don't ever feel the need to cough. I don't have a sore throat. I take vitamin b12 supplements. Diet is nothing but whole fruits and vegetables which I cook myself. I don't feel overly thirsty, my appetite hasn't changed. My weight hasn't changed. I have no cancer in my family history. My grandma had diabetes, but that's about the only case of major disease I could find.

Lastly, I'm uncircumcised. Not sure if this means anything but since this whole journey kinda started at my penis I thought I'd mention it.

I'm trying to think outside the box here.. Fungal maybe? Allergenic? My docs are kinda stumped. Any feedback is extremely appreciated, thank you.

Any pain anywhere else legs, back, abdomin? I have something similar that might be related but it's a long shot.
