UTI not responding to antibiotics

I've had a UTI for over 10 days and on my third antibiotic and not feeling any better. The pain which feels like a pinched nerve in my lower back is excruciating and I also have a dull ache in the creases of my legs and on either side of the groin area, which comes and goes, mostly when I have a full bladder.
I am a 35 yr old female. Could the back pain be a pinched nerve or is this the pain associated with a UTI? Also why is the creases of my legs hurting?
