WHY WONT MY DR REFER TO CARDIOLOGIST AND WHAT CAN I DO?

I'm 39 a stay at home mom due to my social anxiety disorder plus I take care of our 13 yr old daughter which is full time work.  I've been seeing this Dr who misdiagnosed me 3 or 4  times with medications this year.  Two weeks ago I was taken by ambulance to the hosp as they (nurses ) were saying I was having heart attack and when I got to hosp everything came back OK.  Now I'm having constant left arm excruciating pain am dizzy all day everyday and chest pain/pressure.  She will not do cardiac work up referral as the ER Dr asked her to and if not for anything just so I know the experts opinions.  I guess I have BURSITIS now...  I hurt constantly it's like I m waiting yo die.  Anyone anyone at all help??

If you don't like your doctor, get a different doctor.

Your story is hard to follow.
Which nurses were saying you were having a heart attack and when and why? the hospital nurses?

Anxiety can make you tense up and sweat in fear which makes muscles in the chest hurt which can be frightening but is harmless. A heart attack feels like a heavy weight is pressed against your chest,  so you are not having heart attacks. See if you can relax for a few minutes and if so the pain will go away if there isn't anything wrong.
