Wasp sting scar on inner lower lip, can this be surgically removed?

When I was around 4 or 5 I was stung by a wasp on the inside of my lower lip. ever since I have had this hard protruding scar tissue and it hurts anytime I accidentally bite it or if I burn my mouth on anything hot. It's not like a visible scar to anyone unless I stick my lip out so that doesnt bother me. I was curious could this be surgically removed?

While I am not a plastic surgeon, my educated guess would be that the scar tissue could be removed. Obviously, the only one who will be able to give you a definite answer is a doctor and I hope you get the answer you want. Good luck
